Let's give the 3rd world some help in today's society. There are lots of products that come from the 3rd world that we should support by purchasing and promoting in the United States.
It is our responsiblility as a nation of immigrants to uphold our values as a nation. So many people forget that we are a nation of immigrants and so we have a responsiblility to the whole world to support international commerce.
Whether that be buying a cup of African coffee at the coffee shop or buying Goya or Bustelo at the supermarket. It is our responsibility.
Not to mention it makes you look so much more cosmopolitan to purchase goods from 3rd world nations.
